Through this website, suppliers advertise and offer products and services at special discount prices. These special offers are active for a limited amount of time and quantity and under the condition that a minimum number of purchased or claimed units of each product/service is met. Products and services are available to buyers at special discount prices offered by suppliers via our website, upon the following terms with which both parts, buyers and suppliers, fully and indiscriminately abide by. Using and navigating corfudeals.gr website on behalf of the user confirms the explicit and unreserved compliance with these terms. The present Agreement is concluded between the company named “Dimitrios N. Faitas”, distinctive name CORFULAND and You (user).

• Supplier: Thus defined is each and every supplier who uses the website of the company in order to promote/sell his products/services to the users/buyers of the website at special discount prices.

• Buyer: Thus defined is each and every user/buyer who makes use of an offer presented within the website corfudeals.gr and buys a product/service from a supplier

• Website: Thus defined is corfudeals.gr

• Offer: Thus defined is the supply of products/services on behalf of third party suppliers which are presented within the website.

• Product/service: Thus defined is the product/service made available by the supplier via the website at a special discount price.

• Coupon: Thus defined is the document sent electronically by the website and received by the buyer, which bears a unique code and must be presented to the supplier at the time of coupon redemption.

2. General Matters

2.1 Present Terms and Conditions have been created on 2011, September 24th. The company may modify Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any such modification shall be posted on-line. Your continued participation in corfudeals.gr after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. 3. Services/Procedure

3.1 The Company promotes on behalf of each individual Supplier, the products and services of the latter to the members of the former, at special discount prices for certain time and quantity, as per case presented on each and every posted offer on the website, upon specific Terms and Conditions. The role of the company in this promoting procedure is only intermediating and does not assume, by any means, a seller status.

3.2 Navigating the website is a registration free activity, unless the user wishes to purchase an offer. In that case, registration is obligatory.

3.3 Registration requires from the user to state personal details, such as name, surname, e-mail account, payment details etc.

3.4 Upon completion of registration, the user will receive a password regarding exclusively his account on corfudeals.gr. The user is fully responsible for the privacy and safety of the password. If a third party gains access to the password or if any other security violation occurs, the user must immediately contact the Company. The notification of the user name and/or password by the user to a third party automatically authorizes the latter to act as a legitimate representative of the user. 3.5 In case a user utilizes a false e-mail address or if there is suspicion that the user utilizes e-mail addresses in a harmful way to the Company, the latter reserves the right to delete the account of the user.

3.6 The Company reserves the right to send promotional e-mails to its members, as well as any electronic message containing material that concerns the relation between the Company and the User, the activity of the user's account and the purchases. 4. Coupon purchase

4.1 Every user that purchases a coupon has already accepted the Terms and Conditions of operation of the present website on the moment of his registration. Purchase of the product/service and selection of payment method follows next. When the Company clears the payment, a buy contract is concluded and the transaction confirmation is sent to the user by the Company by e-mail. That confirmation is the acceptance of the transaction on behalf of the Company. After the foretold confirmation document is sent to the user, the transaction is considered completed.

4.2 Buyer reserves the right of repudiation from the contracted obligation, as provided for by applicable Law 2251/1994, Article 4, paragraph 10, of the Greek Constitution, within the exclusive time limit of fourteen (14) days, beginning from the day of purchase. This Agreement (and every non-contractual relation between the Company and You) is governed and interpreted by the domestic law and both contracting parts are, through this Agreement, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Law of Aigion.

The Company, after contacting the Buyer/User, has the duty to fully refund the Buyer/User for the value of the purchased coupon. After the refund, the coupon is no longer valid. If the 14-day time limit is exceeded the right of repudiation ceases to be applicable and the
