3) How do I print my coupon?
Answer:
While on HomePage, click on “my coupons” and select the one(s) you'd like to print. Next to the offer title, there is a printer icon. Make sure your printer is connected to your computer and hit the icon. This procedure cannot be followed by non-registered visitors, the coupon of whose has been paid in cash and printed at our shop.
4) What if printing is not an option for me?
Answer:
Provided your cell phone is able to receive and show e-mails, you may also display the e-mail confirming your coupon purchase to the corresponding business manager, who will take note of the included numerical code, along with other necessary details, stated in the e-mail as well.
5) How do I redeem my coupon?
Answer:
When you print your coupon, carefully read its terms and conditions and then present it to the business the offer of which you are going to enjoy. The delivery of the coupon equals to the payment for the offer. If you desire to acquire extra products or services, you may proceed to independent arrangements with the manager.
6) What if the expiry date has been exceeded and the coupon has not been redeemed?
Answer:
Every coupon is valid until the expiry date stated on it. If that date is exceeded, the coupon becomes invalid and the buyer is neither in whole nor in part compensated for the value of the coupon.
7) How many coupons am I allowed to purchase?
Answer:
Every offer is unique and has specific terms and conditions that correspond to the individual deal we achieve with each and every company. In any case, the maximum number of coupons that can be purchased by an individual user is clearly stated in the details of each offer, as well as in the “Checkout” page, when you are prompted to select the number of coupons to purchase.
